By using eStree, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

All products are handmade by artisans. Minor variations in color, texture, and size are natural characteristics of handcrafted goods and are not defects.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Delivery times are 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Contact us with photos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
